Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Safety Instructions 1. Pre-heat on low flame for 1 min for longevity. 2. Cook on Low to Medium flame for best results. 3. Use silicone or nylon spatula to protect non-stick coating. 4. Broadly match burner size to pan bottom on a gas cooktop to avoid hot spots, over heating of sidewalls and handles. 5. Let the pan cool before washing. Avoid placing on wet surfaces to safeguard against thermo-shock. 6. Avoid dragging on ceramic or glass surfaces. 7. Avoid placing pans one inside another to avoid scratches
