How To Order Online

It is very easy to order online. On the respective product page, click or tap on the “Add to cart” button, after selecting the quantity. After that, fil your names, address, and contact details, including shipping details on the form. Submit your order. Once the order has been submitted, we will receive it, and we will check our inventory. We will then contact you for payment.

Payment

At the moment, we accept only bank transfer or MCB Juice as form of payment. We will send our bank account number on WhatsApp or by email, for you to proceed. Please, do send us your screenshot of the payment or a reference if you have paid by bank transfer.

Return & Refund

Customers are advised to check and verify their ordered item(s) after delivery. We will exchange the item(s) in case of defective, malfunction, or wrongly delivered. We do not refund, except if you have ordered an item, and already paid, and however, the item is not available.

Home Delivery

We deliver to your doorstep for an additional fee of Rs200. If your total purchase exceeds Rs3,000, then the delivery will be free. Please, note that the delivery is done within 3 to 4 days, except in unforeseen situations, such as a public holiday, an event, a cyclone, a lockdown, and others. In these scenarios, the delivery can extend to a few more days. If you need your ordered item(s) fast, we suggest you to collect at our outlets, situated at Port-Louis, Rose-Hill, Trianon, and Tribeca.

Collect At Our Outlets

We currently have 4 outlets, situated in Port-Louis, Rose-Hill, Trianon, and Tribeca. You can opt to pick up your ordered item(s) there after payment. Below, are the opening and closing hours of these outlets:

Rodrigues Island Shipping

AB Desai is among the rarest stores in Mauritius, which ships to Rodrigues Island. The shipping cost can vary from Rs250 to above, depending on the size, and weight of the ordered item(s). The delivery can take a minimum of 2 weeks to reach as well.

After Sales

We guarantee customer satisfaction, by offering after sales service. The after sales department is located on the second floor at our Port-Louis’s outlet. Any item under warranty, can be brought to our after sales department for repairs. A fee is applied for items which have passed the warranty period for check-up, and maintenance.
